2001 Dodge Intrepid R/T “Pace Car” ? HELP...
Hi,
I have a 2001 Dodge Intrepid R/T “Pace Car” with autographed sun visors.
I am having a hard time finding pictures or videos of the car actually pacing in any races.
Where can I find the history of NASCAR pace cars used from about 200 to 2002?
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
Here are a few photos of the car… INTREPID R/T
Thanks in advance

I was going to say, are you sure it actually as an official pace car USED at a race? The main pace cars usually have 4 point harnesses and evidence of a light bar of some sort. Yours might have been one of the secondary cars they use in the prerace pagentry and first lap or two before the field tightens up behind the main pace car. Nice car I must say, I am envious.....

Ya, found more info on it later last night...
NOT a pace car - it was one of 9 or so autographed versions of Dodge's NASCAR package.

I am going to do a VIN check and see if I can figure out more about it - I found the original business card for the dealer who first had it, so maybe they can help me figure out the history.
And, yes, it is fun... the looks we've gotten are priceless...
